Board of Directors
The District’s Board is composed of five (5) Directors elected at large by place numbers. Each are elected by qualified voters of the District for a four (4) year term. Regular Board meetings are held the third Thursday of the month at 4pm.

Casey Clawson Place 1 Elected in 2018
Casey currently serves as Board Vice President. He is the Vice President of Field Operations for a local construction company bringing extensive construction experience to his role on the Board. He is a long time Central Texas resident. Email Casey
Kathy Cook Place 2 Elected in 2018
Kathy currently serves as the Board Treasurer. She is a Registered Nurse who teaches surgical technology at Austin Community College. She has personal experience with flooding impacts. She currently resides in Leander. Email Kathy
Greg Brill Place 3 Elected in 2020
Greg currently serves as Vice Treasurer. He currently resides in Round Rock. Email Greg.
Jeremiah D. Williams Place 4 Elected in 2016
Jeremiah currently serves as the Board Secretary. He is an attorney and small businessman. He is involved in a variety of civic, charitable, and political interests, such as the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, Round Rock Chamber, YMCA, and Hill Country Bible Church. As an avid outdoorsman, he strongly supports 4-H and other youth development programs. He and his family have called Williamson County home since 2001. Email Jeremiah
Mike Freeman Place 5 Elected in 2016
Mike currently serves as the Board President. He is a top producing Real Estate Broker. He also serves as the President of the Greater Round Rock West Neighborhood Association; the largest neighborhood in Round Rock, consisting of over 1500 homes. Significant flooding occurred in this neighborhood as a result of Tropical Storm Hermine in 2010. This was part of Mike’s motivation to serve on the WCID board. He is committed to ensuring safety and preserving home values for all the District’s residents. He is a longtime Round Rock resident. Email Mike
